Click & Collect: Free for all orders picked up from 33 Randolph Street, Eden Terrace. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order after it is placed.

New Zealand: Free shipping nationwide on all orders over $200 NZD. $10 flat rate for all orders under $200 NZD. Expected delivery time to be 2-3 business days to arrive, or an additional 2-3 business days for rural addresses. 

Auckland Metro: Available Monday - Friday.
Same Day Delivery, place your order before 11am and receive by 5pm. $25 NZD flat rate for all orders.
Express Same Day Delivery, place your order before 2pm and receive within 3 hours. $35 NZD flat rate for all orders.

Australia: Free shipping on all orders over $350 AUD. $25 AUD flat rate for all orders under $350 AUD. Expected delivery time: 7-14 business days from dispatched date.
Australia Express: $50 AUD flat rate for all orders. Expected delivery time: 2-4 business days from dispatched date.

United States: $100 NZD flat rate for all orders. Expected delivery: 1 week from dispatched date.
Our warehouse ships orders directly from New Zealand. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary from country to country. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. Unless otherwise stated, our garment prices and shipping costs are exclusive of all import duties and taxes. All orders are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Remain does not cover any duties, taxes or associated handling fees which may be applied to your order by your local government. Please be aware that you will be responsible for payment of these costs upon delivery of your order. Please contact your local customs office for more information. We are not responsible for replacing or refunding any orders that are stuck in customs clearance.

Order Pick Up

We are open Monday - Friday and you are welcome to collect your order from our studio. Please select the click and collect option when checking out, call ahead or email us and arrange a time +64 9 3766398. Please ensure you contact us straight after your order has been placed (just to ensure we don't ship it out). 

Pick-ups can be made from 33 Randolph Street, Eden Terrace, Auckland.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to a PO Box address.

Order Tracking

You can track your order directly by using the tracking code that was sent in your shipping confirmation email.
If you can’t find your tracking code, call +64 9 3766398 or email us sales@remain.co.nz.

Order Delivery

If you’re not home when a driver attempts delivery, they will take it to their depot. If they’ve done so, there will be a note in your mailbox letting you know which depot location they’ve taken it to.

Duties and Taxes

If shipping internationally some local taxes and duties may apply, these may vary country to country. We encourage you to check these prior to ordering as you will be liable for any charges. 

 

Returns

We want all our customers to have the best experience with RMN and encourage you to reach out prior to ordering if you have any questions regarding fit or sizing - we’re always happy to help.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us at sales@remain.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your delivery to request a return. Please include your order number, full name and reason for return. Returns must be shipped back using a tracked service - we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. All return costs are at the customer’s expense.

To be eligible for return, all items must be unworn, in original condition with all swing tags and labels attached. Please ensure when trying on garments you do not mark them with make-up or fragrance. We reserve the right to refuse a return should the garment show signs of wear.

Please note:

Full Price: Full price items are eligible for exchange, store credit or refund.

Sale: Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Final Sale: Final sale items cannot be returned — all sales are final, unless faulty.

Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings are deemed to be final sale.

International: We currently don’t offer exchanges on purchases outside of New Zealand, however, we are more than happy to offer a store credit or refund.

Where free shipping has been applied to your order, please note that should you choose to return your full order, $10 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs incurred.

Faulty Items

All items are thoroughly checked before dispatch, but in the unfortunate event that a fault is found or your order arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@remain.co.nz within 2 days of arrival with images and a description of the fault.

Faulty item assessments can take up to 10 working days to resolve.

Please note we do not offer refunds for general wear and tear.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to clear.

Credit/Debit Card

At the checkout enter in your card number, expiry date and CVC - Make sure your card details are correct and unexpired as the purchase will not go through successfully if your payment details are not up to date.

If you do not wish your account to remember this payment method, make sure you uncheck the “Remember for future purchases” and it will not save.

Credit/Debit Card returns may take up to 5 business to show in your account. Please contact your bank if you have on-going delays.

Afterpay

NOTE: Afterpay will not be available if you are logged into your Shop Pay account. If you wish to use Afterpay, please sign out of Shop Pay first

Afterpay offers a simple interest free payment plan that lets you secure your purchase today and Pay for your purchase over four equal instalments, due every two weeks.

If you wish to return your item and you have paid via Afterpay please follow the Remain returns process as normal. Our returns team will process the refund through the Afterpay platform and they will credit the funds to your nominated debit or credit card and adjust or cancel your payment schedule as necessary. Please allow up to 5 business days for this process.

Gift Vouchers/Credit Notes

At the checkout, simply enter your Gift Voucher or Credit Note code in the applicable box and click apply. This will automatically apply to value of your Gift Voucher or Credit Note to your order. If you still have remaining balance on your Gift Voucher or Credit Note you will need to keep this number for your records to use on your next purchase.
