Please note due to the recent updates from the New Zealand Government all non essential services are to stop as of Tuesday the 24th of March 2020. This also means the suspension of shipping all non essential online orders. If you do place an order with us it unfortunately cannot be shipping until the lockdown period is complete. We will endeavour to keep you as up to date as possible if anything changes.
New Zealand: Free standard delivery nationwide, 2-3 business days or 4-5 for Rural addresses.
Australia: Free shipping on orders over $200 NZD. $15 flat rate for all other orders, 5-6 business days.
Rest of the World: Free delivery for orders over $300 NZD. $30 flat rate for all other orders, 7-14 business days
Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order after it is placed. Generally, if you place an order before 11 am (NZ Time), it will be sent same day. If you urgently need an order, please call +64 9 3766398 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll see what we can do to help!
Order Pick Up
We are open Monday- Saturday and you are welcome to collect your order from our studio. Please call ahead or email us and arrange a time +64 9 3766398. Please ensure you contact us straight after your order has been placed (just to ensure we don't ship out). Also include in the ‘comments’ section that you wish to pick up when placing your order so we know not to send.
Pick-ups can be made from, 27 Dacre Street, Eden Terrace Auckland
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to a PO Box address.
You can track your order directly by using the tracking code that was sent in your shipping confirmation email.

If you’re not home when a driver attempts delivery, they will take it to their depo. If they’ve done so, there will be a note in your mailbox letting you know which depot location they’ve taken it to.
Duties and Taxes
If shipping internationally some local taxes and duties may apply, these may vary country to country. We encourage you to check these prior to ordering as you will be liable for any charges.
Information Regarding COVID-19
We wanted to inform you of the steps being taken by our courier services to ensure your safety when receiving a package.
1. The courier will knock on the door as usual and then step back as far as possible
2. They will ask for your name, as proof of delivery and leave the parcel on the ground for to then collect. You will not be asked to sign for the delivery directly.
3. The tracking information will then display your name, clearly typed and and image reading CV-19. This will all be entered by the courier.
4. If there is no answer at the door a card to call will be left as standard protocol.
We also suggest to wash your hands thoroughly upon opening the package as on it's journey, it does pass through a lot of hands and locations.
